Acceptance
By accessing or using TractorSpecs (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What the Site Is
TractorSpecs is a free reference resource that aggregates publicly available specifications for farm, lawn, and vintage tractors. Specifications are compiled from manufacturer documentation, third-party reference sources, and official test reports such as those from the Nebraska Tractor Test Laboratory.
No Warranty on Data Accuracy
Specifications on this Site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we make reasonable efforts to compile accurate data, we make no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any specification, dimension, performance figure, serial number range, or other content displayed on the Site.
Tractor specifications can vary between production runs, regional variants, and optional configurations. Manufacturer documentation may contain errors. Third-party sources may report figures inconsistently. Do not rely on data from this Site for purchasing decisions, safety-critical applications, repair procedures, regulatory compliance, or any other high-stakes use without independently verifying the information against authoritative sources.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site, its operators, and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on specifications, comparisons, or any other information presented on the Site.
Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use automated tools, scripts, or scrapers to extract content from the Site in bulk without prior written permission.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the Site’s operation, security, or rate limits.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying database, or any related systems.
- Use the Site or its content in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of third parties.

However, the Site’s presentation, organization, design, code, written editorial content, and compilation of specifications are the property of the Site operator and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
